| Message | I bought a TT transmission from him which was supposed to be "in stock" and come with his "written warranty." Almost a month later, nothing showed up. I emailed him to findout if there was a problem, waited for more than a week, still no response. I then sent him an email asking for my money back, and I explained to him how badly he screwed me over. Once again, I waited and didn't hear back from him. At this point I thought that I would never hear from him again. A few weeks later, I got an email from Arley saying that the emails I sent him went to his junk mail folder, and he did not get them until now. He said that he wanted to make sure that he had the correct address, but never heard from me. WTF? Couldn't you have emailed me? Called me? Anyway, he said that once I confirm my address the transmission would be on its way immediately. I sent him the info he requested, and thought that things will finally work out. Well, the transmission did show up 2 weeks later, but it turned out to be an NA tranny, with no written warranty, and it was missing the *something* carrier assembly which I had to get from the dealer. I would never publicly bash anyone over a little problem, but this guy really put me through so much trouble. At the time I had never worked on the Z, and I didn't have my own trailer either. The shop that was working on the car asked me to pick it up after it had been sitting there for a few weeks. They had already pulled the tranny, so the car had to be towed. I rented a trailer from Uhaul and towed the Z back to my garage. When the tranny got here, I had to rent a trailer again to take the Z back to the shop. Simply put, I had a terrible time dealing with Arley, and I would hate for someone to go through a similar experience. It was frustrating, time consuming, and he wasn't helpful or honest at all.
